The problem
Reference and vetting information is collected again and again by every new employer or engager, wasting time and losing hard-won professional history. Workers repeat the same paperwork; businesses repeat the same checks.
iam-vetted lets workers submit government-issued references, such as DVLA, Right to Work and DBS records, once, and share them with employers as a structured, reusable professional profile.
It does not run checks; it makes checks usable. Employers verify references directly through official GOV.UK links and remain responsible for their own verification and legal compliance. Workers stop rebuilding their track record from scratch at every engagement.
The product grew directly out of Wentworth Ridge's operational experience onboarding drivers, where reference administration is a persistent source of delay and information loss. It is operated by IAM-VETTED LTD (company number 17168815), which is under the common ownership of the founder; Wentworth Ridge Ltd holds no shares in it.
