These terms apply when you access or use this website. They do not govern any operational, advisory, driver or other engagement. Those engagements are subject to separate written terms.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, client relationship, employment relationship, agency, partnership or obligation to offer or accept work.

The content of this website is provided for general information. It does not take account of your particular circumstances and is not a substitute for operational, financial, legal or other professional advice supplied under an agreed engagement.

Ventures and separate entities

The website may refer to products, brands or ventures that have their own operating or contracting entities.

The website refers to ventures operated through separate legal entities under common founder ownership:

SARScore is operated by SARSCORE LTD, company number 14224333; and
MemoTrace is operated by MEMOTRACE LTD, company number 17056561.

Each company is registered in England and Wales. Wentworth Ridge Ltd does not hold shares in those companies and none is a subsidiary of Wentworth Ridge Ltd. Each company is a separate legal entity, and no company has authority to contract for or legally bind another unless this is expressly confirmed in writing.

The relevant page, privacy notice or engagement documentation will identify the entity operating a service, receiving personal information and entering into the contract.

Enquiries submitted through this website are received by Wentworth Ridge Ltd. Where an enquiry concerns a venture operated by a separate company, we will tell you before any information is passed to that company, and the contracting entity for any engagement will be confirmed before the engagement begins.

Operational responsibilities

The legal and operational responsibilities applying to a managed-driver engagement are set out in the relevant written agreement.

Nothing on this website transfers a statutory duty or responsibility from one party to another. Unless expressly agreed in writing and consistent with the actual operating arrangements, Wentworth Ridge does not assume a client's responsibilities concerning operator licensing, vehicle roadworthiness, vehicle insurance, route and site safety, parcel or goods compliance, working-time controls, right-to-work checks, tax treatment or employment-status decisions.

This wording does not exclude or limit any obligation that the law places directly on Wentworth Ridge.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Wentworth Ridge Ltd.

You may view and use the website for your own lawful, internal and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, brands and trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership or common ownership unless this is expressly stated.

Governing law

These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from use of the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights available to an individual acting as a consumer.
